Summary

A COMPARISON IS MADE BETWEEN AIR COOLERS CONSTRUCTED IN POLYAMIDE TUBING AND ORDINARY COPPER PIPING. APERFORMANCE SIMULATING COMPUTER PROGRAMME WAS USED TO DERIVE THE CALCULATIONS, BUT PHYSICAL TESTS STILL REMAIN TO BE CARRIED OUT TO PROVE THAT THE PERFORMANCE OF AIR COOLERS CONSTRUCTED IN PLASTIC PIPING, IS MORE EFFICIENT THAN COOLERS WITH COPPER PIPING.
