Summary

THE EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS OF THE VELOCITY PROFILE, THE TURBULENT IMPULSE AND THE FRICTION FACTOR FROM THE LITERATURE IS USED TO VERIFY A TURBULENT IMPULSE EXCHANGE FUNCTION. FURTHERMORE THE CALCULATED FRICTION FACTOR AND THE TURBULENT IMPULSE IS COMPARED WITH EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS. THE AGREEMENT TO EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS IS RELATIVELY EXACT. THE TURBULENT IMPULSE FUNCTION IS USED FOR A FALLING FILM EVAPORATOR.
