Summary

The thermochemical energy storage (TcES) is the next thermal energy storage candidate owing to their several advantages, for example less energy loss for long term storage, high thermal energy storage density and constant temperature output. On the other hand, available operation temperature range of TcES depends on employed chemical reaction. Thus, each TcES systems need to be investigated in several temperature ranges. So far, various TcES systems have been reported in different temperature range [1-3], but there is a few materials which can be used at high temperature range. Currently, utilization of high temperature thermal energy is
increasingly attracting attention to solve a global energy and environmental problems in various fields. Therefore development of high temperature TcES is required.
