Summary
The article introduces the water thermal system for the building and analysis its thermal properties in different work conditions with the data measured on site. The authors argue that the fire storage tank can also serve as a chilled water pool, so to reduce both the first cost and operation costs. They point out the problems which should be noted in design and installation of the system.
