A TESTING RIG WAS BUILT UP IN ORDER TO TEST THE BEHAVIOUR OF COMMERCIAL AVAILABLE ABSORPTION HEAT PUMPS. IT IS NOW POSSIBLE TO ANALYZE THE PERFORMANCES OF ABSORPTION WATER/WATER HEAT PUMPS TILL A HEATING CAPACITY OF 50 KILOW BOTH IN STEADY AND TRANSIENT OPERATIONS.
