Summary
AIR MOTION INSIDE LARGE ROOMS IS DETERMINED BY NON-ISOTHERMAL FREE JETS. THE POSSIBILITY OF THE MATHEMATICAL PREDICTION OF VELOCITY AND TEMPERATURE RANGES HAS SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGES FOR THE DIMENSIONING OF VENTILATION PLANT. FOR NON-ISOTHERMAL JETS SYMMETRICAL ABOUT AN AXIS, INTRODUCED AT DIFFERENT ANGLES, A CALCULATION METHOD BASED ON THE NUMERICAL INTEGRATION OF MOMENTUM AND HEAT TRANSFER EQUATIONS IS PROPOSED. THE PECULIARITIES OF THE DIFFUSION OF THE JET MADE UP BY MEANS OF DIFFERENT AIR OUTLETS WERE CONSIDERED. TEST MEASUREMENTS CONFIRMED THEORETICAL RESULTS IN SOME ACTUAL CASES.
