BY COOLING THE INTERNAL SPACE OF THE FREEZER TEMPERATURE CHANGES WERE RECORDED AT 45 MEASUREMENT LOCATIONS TILL THE REQUIRED TEMPERATURE WAS REACHED (LOWER THA BY USING THE COMPUTER, THE TEMPERATURE FIELD WAS CHARACTERIZED THANKS TO THE INDICATION OF ISOTHERMAL SURFACES FOR SUCCESSIVE COOLING STAGES.
