INTRODUCES A NEW TYPE OF COOL THERMAL STORAGE, BASED ON SOLID-LIQUID-VAPOUR MULTIPLE PHASE-TRANSFORMATION OPERATION. IN THIS PROCESS, ICE IS MADE FOR COOL THERMAL STORAGE AT REDUCED PRESSURE DURING OFF-PEAK POWER-CONSUMPTION HOURS.
