DESCRIPTION OF A SIMPLE INSTALLATION TO LOWER THE TEMPERATURE OF THE AMBIENT AIR TO NEAR THE WET BULB TEMPERATURE, WITHOUT ALTERING THE SPECIFIC HUMIDITY. THE SYSTEM IS BASICALLY AN EVAPORATIVE COOLER EMPLOYING A HIGH RATE OF AIR FLOW THROUGH THE INSTALLATION.
