Summary
This paper presents the types of individual houses with their specific load for cooling and air conditioning, cooling/air conditioning machines adapted to different types of houses, according to the available energy sources and their geographical arrangement. Calculation issues of their choice, comparison between the solutions and some results of research at the Faculty of Civil Engineering Brasov in this direction. Finally the paper presents conclusions.
