Dehumidification of swimming pool premises using heat pumps.
Déshumidification des piscines par pompe à chaleur.
Author(s) : URBAIN C.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Combined production of cold (at evaporator level) and heat (at condensor level) makes this type of plant (formerly referred to as a recovery unit) remarkably energy efficient. However, all too often, the heat pump is considered as a separate entity rather than as part of a more complex installation. For this reason, the true overall profitability is lower than expected.
