Design and management problems of thermally driven refrigerant plants.
Auslegungs- und Betriebs-führungsprobleme thermisch angetriebener Kälteanlagen.
Author(s) : DITTMANN A.
Type of article: Article, Case study
Summary
Thermally driven adsorption or absorption refrigeration systems can contribute for power supply company with cogeneration systems a better utilization in summer months. Their economy depends primarily on a relatively constant power level. The advantage of the coupling with chilled water storage is demonstrated using an example.
