Summary
A design scheme of liquid dehumidification combined with evaporation cooling (LDEC) air-conditioning system is presented here, based on which a kind of new air-conditioning equipment has been set up. It can be used solely as a dehumidifier as well as a evaporating cooler solely, and they can be used together. The solution regeneration is driven by hot water of 60-70°C. The lithium chloride aqueous solution is used as desiccant. A wet-shade padding is used as the heat exchanger of dehumidification and regeneration as well as the evaporation cooling system. Compared to the traditional compressor refrigerating system, the LDEC system has such advantages: high COP, environmental protection and full new air operation. Through lots of experimental researches and improvements, the LDEC system has a good effect of dehumidification (2 L/h) and cooling (3-7°C).
