THE COST, BULK AND EXTRA POWER FOR THECOOLER ARE SET OFF AGAINST SAVINGS IN THE MAIN REFRIGERATION PLANT. SYSTEMS NEED TO BE EVALUATED THROUGH THE OPERATING SEASON.
