THE PROPOSED USE OF INDIRECT EVAPORATIVE COOLING TO PRECOOL A FRESH AIR SUPPLY NEEDS TO BE EXAMINED CLOSELY. THE COST, BULK AND EXTRA POWER FOR THECOOLER ARE SET OFF AGAINST SAVINGS IN THE MAIN REFRIGERATION PLANT. SYSTEMS NEED TO BE EVALUATED THROUGH THE OPERATING SEASON.
