THIS ANEMOMETER WAS DEVELOPED IN THE ICTA (INSTITUTE OF FOOD SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, COLOMBIA) IN ORDER TO CARRY OUT EXPERIMENTS ON FRUIT AND VEGETABLE DEHYDRATION.
