THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOW-TEMPERATURE ENGINEERING DURING THE NEXT 10 YEARS WILL DEPEND NOT ONLY ON THE REQUIREMENTS OF TRADITIONAL USERS, BUT ALSO ON NEW LOW-TEMPERATURE APPLICATIONS, AMONG THEM HIGH-TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTORS. IN ORDER TO INCREASE THE THERMODYNAMIC EFFICIENCY AND RELIABILITY OF CRYOGENIC SYSTEMS, THEY SHOULD BE ADAPTED TO SPECIFIC USERS. THE AUTHORS FORESEE WIDE USE OF CRYOGENIC SYSTEMS APPLIED TO MULTICOMPONENT GAS MIXTURES IN THE USE OF ELECTRICAL OR MAGNETIC FIELDS.
