Development of small cryogenic coolers for electronic low temperature cooling.
[In German. / En allemand.]
Author(s) : LASCHUETZA H.
Summary
The paper describes a new cryogenic cooler fulfilling the particular requirements of the new technologies. Having a weight of only 3.5 kg and a face capacity of 80 watts, it reaches a cooling power of 3 watts for 80 K, or 1.5 watt for 50 K. The very high long life period and the near-absence of vibrations of the cooler must be mentioned in particular.
