Summary
The flow mechanisms of natural ventilation through large opening are different from that of an infiltration model. By the analysis of the Bernoulli equation applied to natural ventilation through a large opening, this article discusses the local resistance properties of the air flow, and proposes the physical meaning of discharge coefficient through a large opening and some problems regaining attention.
