Domestic ventilation with heat recovery.
[In German. / En allemand.]
Author(s) : GOLDBACH A.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Points out that new tight door and window constructions in Germany means that adventitious ventilation is no longer guaranteed. Active ventilation is required. Window ventilation on its own is not sensible from the viewpoint of energy conservation, comfort and the avoidance of damage to the building. Sets out the criteria which must be taken into account when establishing a sensible ventilation concept. Concentrates on controlled domestic ventilation with exhaust air heat recovery.
