Summary
There are some fairly basic rules making it possible to evaluate the unpleasant draughts generated by ventilation systems. Unfortunately, these rules, often used in conjunction with diagrams, are difficult to apply: the results obtained are closely related to the formula used, and the user is not always aware of the method applied. The study described here attempts to summarize the main proposals in this field; it discusses differences and attempts to explain and justify the proposed solution.
