Dynamic surface tension of aqueous lithium bromide with 2-ethyl-1-hexanol.
Author(s) : KIM K. J., JANULE V. P.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Small amounts of surfactants, such as 2-ethyl-1-hexanol, in the absorption fluid can increase the heat and mass transfer of absorption cooling systems significantly. The authors report experimental results. In addition, the mass diffusivity of 2-ethyl-1-hexanol in the aqueous lithium bromide is estimated.
