THE DAVIDON-FLETCHER-POWELL'S METHOD HAS BEEN USED TO GET OPTIMUM VALUES OF OPERATING PARAMETERS. NEAR OPTIMUM CONDITION THE R12 AND R22 SYSTEMS HAVE ALMOST THE SAME COST.
