Summary

THE EFFECT OF UHF (9.4 GHERTZ) RADIATION ON THE TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCES OF ELECTROMAGNETIC ABSORPTION AT FREQUENCIES BETWEEN 10 AND 1,000 MHERTZ IS INVESTIGATED IN THIN, BROAD ALUMINIUM FILMS. A SIGNIFICANT DECREASE OF THE ABSORPTION NEAR CRITICAL TEMPERATURE AND A SHIFT OF THE ORIGIN OF THE ABSORPTION CURVE BY UP TO 0.01 K ARE OBSERVED. THE RESULTS ARE INTERPRETED AS AN ENHANCEMENT OF THE SUPERCONDUCTING PROPERTIES ON THE BASIS OF THE THEORY OF STIMULATION BY AN UHF FIELD.
