Summary
Ontario Hydro electricity utility made a survey of a number of domestic and commercial heat pump applications. The possible reduction in peak demand shows that, if the use of heat pumps is encouraged, it may not be necessary to replace old power stations when they come to the end of their useful life. A.R.T.
