Energy recovery wheels.

Summary
Energy recovery wheels are air-to-air heat exchangers mostly made of aluminum, with molecular sieve 3A desiccants. The wheel rotates slowly and vertically to the supply and extracts airflow. When the extracted air passes through the wheel, the heat or ‘cool’ air transfers into a thermal mass of the wheel. As the wheel turns, it moves into the supply side where the supply air picks up the energy.
