THE DIFFERENT STAGES OF THE PRESENTATION OF SUCH A PROJECT ARE REPORTED: FIRST STAGEOF REQUIREMENTS, VALIDITY OF THE PROJECT, STUDY OF TECHNICAL POTENTIALITIES, SEARCH FOR HUMAN AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES, TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT, PLAN OF EXECUTION, STAGES OF EXPENSES AND SAVINGS, PREVISION OF CASH FLOW, ETC. DURING REALIZATION THE PROJECT SHOULD BE CONTROLLED IN ORDER TO ENSURE PERFECT COHERENCE WITH THE PLAN PRESENTED FOR JUSTIFYING THE INVESTMENT. J.L.
