Summary
A CALCULATION METHOD FOR THE FILM CONDENSATION OF HALOGENS ON HORIZONTAL TUBES WITH VARIOUS GROOVE GEOMETRIES IS GIVEN. IN THEMETHOD PROPOSED, THE ORIENTATION OF THE VARIOUS SECTORS OF THE HEAT EXCHANGE SURFACE, THE CAPILLARY COOLING OF THE CONDENSATE AND OF ITS RETENTION IN THE LOWEST PART OF THE TUBES, ARE SIMULTANEOUSLY CONSIDERED.
