Summary

Presents the design target of the environmental air conditioning in recreational ice rinks. In the light of common problems of fogging and condensation, puts forward a new way to improve the artificial environment in the ice rink with the rotary dehumidifier heat pump. Analyses its energy saving effects by comparing it with the conventional air conditioning system, and recommends the operation methods in different season working conditions.
