Summary
THIS EQUATION OF STATE CORRESPONDS TO A DENSITY VARIATION FROM 0 TO 1,686 KG/M3 INCLUDING THE GASEOUS AND LIQUID STATE. IT WAS FORMULATED BASED ON THE EXPERIMENTAL DATA OF PVT PROPERTIES, SATURATED LIQUID DENSITY AND VAPOUR-LIQUID COEXISTENCE CURVE NEAR THE CRITICAL POINT. THE THERMODYNAMIC CONSISTENCY OF THE PROPOSED EQUATION OF STATE IS CONFIRMEDBY EXAMINING THE BEHAVIOUR OF CALCULATED VALUES CONCERNING THE ISOCHORIC SPECIFIC HEAT CAPACITY, ISOBARIC SPECIFIC HEAT CAPACITY AND SPEED OF SOUND.
