Summary
METHODS FOR ESTIMATION OF THE DENSITIES OF SATURATED LIQUID MIXTURES ARE REVIEWED. SELECTED METHODS WERE CONVERTED TO SUBPROGRAMS IN ALGOL AND HP-BASIC. THE METHODS OF CALCULATION WERE TESTED FOR AN EXTENSIVE SET OF BINARY AND MULTICOMPONENT MIXTURES WITHIN THE TEMPERATURE LIMITS OF 93 AND 403 K (-180 AND 130 DEG C). ON THE BASIS OF THESE RESULTS, RECOMMENDATIONS ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO ACCURACY AND APPLICABILITY.
