Summary
Since 1991 a Eurovent/Cecomaf commission has been working on a heat exchanger certification programme based on the European EN standard. In June 1994 two certification programmes were introduced for air-cooled condensers and air coolers, and in January 1995 a programme was prepared for dry coolers. The article gives details.
