EVAPORATION AND DISSIPATION OF VAPOR OF LOW TEMPERATURE ECOLOGICALLY HARMFUL SUBSTANCES.

Summary

GREAT AMOUNT OF ECOLOGICALLYHARMFUL LOW TEMPERATURE SUB-STANCES, PRODUCTS OF CHEMICAL PLANTS (AMMONIA, CHLORINE, METHANE, LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS, ETC) ARE NOW STORED AND TRANSPORTED BY LAND AND BY SEA. IN THIS WORK, CONCENTRATION PROFILES OF DANGEROUS VAPOURS IN THE ATMOSPHERE DUE TO RELEASES, SPILLS AND LEAKS ARE DETERMINED BY MODELLING WITH COMPUTERS. THE RESULTS OBTAINED MADE IT POSSIBLE TO WORK OUT TECHNICAL AND ORGANISATIONAL MEASURES FOR DECREASING CONSEQUENCES OF ACCIDENTS.
