Summary
Display cabinet is important user oriented equipment in supermarkets and retail terminals. in this paper, one new type product was developed using frozen water instead of refrige rat ing nuid which combined central refrigeration and ice storage technology named as ice slurry vertical open display cabinet with central refrigeration. The new product benefits from ice storage technology, and meanwhile, completely eradicates condensing heat exhaust into room and frosting and defrosting. As a result, the power consumption is highly decreased. The experimental data of temperature distribution in new type display cabinet show that it has good refrigerating effect, and little temperature vibrating. It can satisfy food fresh-keeping demands.
