FLOW MEASUREMENT BY DUCT PITOT TRAVERSE IS OFTEN DIFFICULT AND CAN BE SUBJECT TO ERROR. A RECENT ASHRAE RESEARCH PROJECT SHOWS THAT MEASUREMENTS BY VANE ANEMOMETER AT A COIL FACE CAN, BY SPECIFIED PROCEDURES AND CORRECTIONS, GIVE AIR FLOW FIGURES OF COMPARABLE ACCURACY. A.R.T.
