A COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR BUBBLE DETACHMENT INTO FLOWING LIQUIDS, PREVIOUSLY ONLY USED TO SLOW GROWING GAS BUBBLES, IS TESTED FOR VAPOUR BUBBLES IN BOILING. THE THEORY IS TESTED AGAINST CHULLABODHI'S DATA OBTAINED FOR THREEDIFFERENT LIQUIDS, BUT ONLY THE RESULTS FOR N-HEPTANE ARE SHOW IN THIS PAPER. J. V.
