Summary

THE DIFFERENT PARAMETERS ACTING ON PLANT NUTRITION AND GROWTH IN GLASSHOUSES ARE STUDIED. THE HEAT PUMP CONTROLS THE TEMPERATURE OF SOIL, OF AMBIENT AIR AND OF THE PLANT ITSELF AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY AT THE DIFFERENT STAGES OF PLANT GROWTH IN A MORE ECONOMIC WAY. IN THE FUTURE, THESE CONTROL POTENTIALITIES WILL MAKE POSSIBLE THE NEW METHODS OF INTENSIVE GROWTH ON A SUBSTRATE, MANAGED BY MICROPROCESSORS. J.L.
