The prestigious Washington Plaza building complex, located in the heart of Paris (a few minutes from the "Etoile" area) comprises 5 office buildings. The complex covers a total floor area of 51,750 m2. Reversible heat pumps fitted with a water loop (with electric battery back-up) have been adopted and are providing effective heating and air conditioning of the complex.
