Summary

The paper is concerned with the enhancement of heat transfer by surfactants added to aqueous lithium bromide solutions. Three different kinds in a horizontally staggered arrangement were tested with and without an additive of normal octyl alcohol. The experimental results, with/without surfactants, are compared.
