Summary

Modern heating floors differ greatly from those built forty years ago. If they are sized and built appropriately, they are a very efficient and comfortable means of heating. A recent European standard specifies precise sizing calculations to be applied in order to ensure that results are reliable and in compliance with quality requirements. This book focuses on practical applications with some coverage of theoretical aspects and contains many numerical examples. The CD-ROM provided with the book contains 21 ready-to-use Excel calculation programmes.
