Summary

A UNIFIED MECHANISM OF HOLE POLARIZATION AT RANDOM CENTERS IS PROPOSED, WHICH LEADS BOTH TO THE FORMATION OF A HOLE CONDUCTIVITY REGION AGAINST THE BACKGROUND OF THE EARLIER EXISTING VALENCE BAND AND TO THE SUPERCONDUCTING HOLE PAIRING IN THIS REGION AT TEMPERATURES BELOW THE CRITICAL ONE, WHICH IS DEPENDENT ON THE CENTER CONCENTRATION. CONSISTENT RESULTS ARE OBTAINED FOR CERAMICS PARAMETERS.
