How to improve hot-gas defrosting in supermarkets.
Come migliorare lo sbrinamento a gas caldo nei supermercati.

Summary
The conventional refrigerating cycle implies that the thermostatic expansion valve controls the introduction of refrigerant into the evaporator in one direction only. However, whenever the cycle has to be reversed during defrosting, the presence of valve(s) is a problem for the regularity of refrigerant flow. Therefore, it is necessary to use a more sophisticated circuit, adding a non-return valve or using a thermostatic expansion valve with a built-in non-return valve. J.G.
