THE NUMBERS REFER TO PARTICLES PER CUBIC FOOT OF AIR, EG FOR A CLASS 100 CLEAN ROOM, THE PARTICLE COUNT CANNOT EXCEED 100 PARTICLES PER CUBIC FOOT OF A SIZE 0.5 MICRON AND LARGER. TYPICAL HVAC SYSTEMS, FOR EACH CLASS, ARE DESCRIBED WITH THE AID OF DIAGRAMS. THE FILTERS ARE 99.97% EFFICIENT BY THE DIOCTYLPHTHALATE METHOD. E.W.S.
