THE IDEA OF PRODUCING ICE BY NIGHT AND USING THE ACCUMULATED ENERGY BY DAY IS NOT NEW. PRODUCERS OF ENERGY IN TODAY'S ENERGY SITUATIONS ARE INTERESTED IN BALANCING ENERGY PRODUCTION IN THE DAY-AND-NIGHT CYCLE. THE GENERAL DISCUSSIONS ON NUCLEAR POWER STATIONS AND RADIOACTIVE WASTE, AS WELL AS ON POWER STATIONS AND THEIR EMISSIONS OF HARMFUL SUBSTANCES FROM FOSSIL FUEL COMBUSTION, MAKE THIS TENDENCY MORE EXPRESSIVE.
