Summary

The design of adsorber in small adsorption systems remains today mainly based on the experience completed with some “rule of thumb” approaches. Hence, we have developed a 3D dynamic non-dimensional model in order to try to identify some design rules which could be chosen after estimating the value of some appropriate non-dimensional groups. First results are presented in this paper for a simple cylindrical adsorber and the zeolite 13X/water pair.
