Summary
The paper states that specific symptoms commonly referred to as Sick Building Syndrome are linked to the chemical composition of several pollutants. Specific studies have to be performed in order to find out the specific effects they induce. In the paper, the problem is restricted to some pollutants such as radon, nitrogen oxides and formaldehyde encountered in East Slovakia.
