Type of article: Article
Summary
High-pressure spray cooling consists in providing air with fine droplets of water which will be evaporated very quickly. This evaporation induces changes in the physical characteristics of the ambient air, which result in an increase in the moisture content and a decrease in the temperature (adiabatic cooling without heat transfer to the outside) of the air through the evaporation of water.
