Summary
The report is part of the work of the IEA Energy Conservation in Buildings & Community Systems Programme. The facility is made up of six permanent test houses, five of which are built to residential wood frame construction standards with a sixth house of masonry construction. The houses have been continuously monitored since 1980 for building envelope energy losses and ventilation rates. Chapter headings include: air leakage and ventilation characteristics of the test house; distributed envelope leakage; air exchange measurements; wind measurement; infiltration data file configuration; sample data from the facility data set.
