Summary

This paper deals with tests of air quality in hotel rooms equipped with air conditioning systems. The idea of thermal comfort and its important factors are described. Split, multisplit, VRV and VRF systems are briefly characterized. The results of temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide concentration measurements in chosen hotel rooms during the night are presented.
