Summary
A short introduction to the method of measurement and the calculation of noise level for a liquid chiller is given. An evaluation of the results of noise measurement in a 120 kilowatt chiller is demonstrated, and the possibilities of reducing noise levels to produce a "low noise" model are discussed.
