Type of article: Article

Summary

A NEW AUDIBLE-LIQUID-HELIUM LEVEL DETECTOR USING THE THERMAL OSCILLATIONS OF HELIUM GAS HAS BEEN DEVELOPED. A LIQUID LEVEL CAN BE EASILY DETECTED BY A CLEAR SOUND CHANGE OF A VIBRATING PLASTIC FILM WHICH IS FIXED ON TOP OF A STAINLESS-STEEL TUBE. THIS LEVEL METER IS VERY SIMPLE, BUT MORE CONVENIENT AND ECONOMICAL COMPARED WITH COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC TYPES OF LEVEL METERS.
